Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-Time Payment Courses

  • A full refund is available ONLY if you have never accessed the course materials
  • Once you access any part of the course content, no refund will be issued
  • Access is defined as logging into the course platform and viewing any course materials

Payment Plan Options

  • Cancellations are only available for future, unpaid portions of the course
  • You will maintain access to weeks you’ve already paid for
  • No refunds will be issued for weeks you’ve already accessed
  • Cancellation will terminate access to remaining unpaid weeks
  • You remain responsible for any payments for weeks you’ve already accessed

Example:

If you’re on an 8-week payment plan:

  • If you’ve paid for and accessed weeks 1-4
  • You can cancel future payments for weeks 5-8
  • No refund will be issued for weeks 1-4
  • Access will be terminated for weeks 5-8

How to Request a Refund or Cancellation

To request a refund or cancellation, email [email protected] with:

Subject Line: Course Cancel Request

Required Information:

  • Full Name
  • Email Address
  • Username/Login (if different from email)
  • Phone Number
  • Reason for cancellation/refund

Processing Time

  • Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Important Notes

  • All decisions regarding refunds are final
  • Failure to provide complete information may delay processing
  • Technical issues are not grounds for refund if support was not contacted for assistance
  • We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria
