One-Time Payment Courses
- A full refund is available ONLY if you have never accessed the course materials
- Once you access any part of the course content, no refund will be issued
- Access is defined as logging into the course platform and viewing any course materials
Payment Plan Options
- Cancellations are only available for future, unpaid portions of the course
- You will maintain access to weeks you’ve already paid for
- No refunds will be issued for weeks you’ve already accessed
- Cancellation will terminate access to remaining unpaid weeks
- You remain responsible for any payments for weeks you’ve already accessed
Example:
If you’re on an 8-week payment plan:
- If you’ve paid for and accessed weeks 1-4
- You can cancel future payments for weeks 5-8
- No refund will be issued for weeks 1-4
- Access will be terminated for weeks 5-8
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancellation, email [email protected] with:

Required Information:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Username/Login (if different from email)
- Phone Number
- Reason for cancellation/refund
Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3-5 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Important Notes
- All decisions regarding refunds are final
- Failure to provide complete information may delay processing
- Technical issues are not grounds for refund if support was not contacted for assistance
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria
